What This Is

A 90-minute session where we use ayurvedic principles to understand what your body actually needs—not what wellness culture tells you it should need.

We'll figure out your doshic constitution (basically, your body's operating system), identify one main sticking point, and create three simple, doable changes you can actually stick with.

Ancient wisdom, zero wellness-guru nonsense.

What You Get

Before we meet: You'll take a quick dosha assessment quiz (I'll send it to you)

During the session:

  • Guided meditation to help you identify what's actually bothering you most

  • Brief explanation of ayurvedic principles in plain English (think: the ayurvedic clock, like attracts like, opposites balance)

  • We'll apply those principles to three areas: sleep, eating, and daily routine

  • You pick ONE doable thing in each category to try

After: You'll have a clear, personalized plan based on your constitution—not a generic list of "healthy habits"
